GRACE PERIOD AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Debonair allows for a grace period of 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we please request at least 24 hours of notice prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. Adjustments made to any appointment within 24 hours, may be charged up to the full amount of the service fee.
If you do not show up for your appointment and we do not receive confirmation, you will be charged the full service fee.
