Hey! My name is Devon Daskalakis.

Born and raised on the South Shore of Long Island, I’ve dedicated my craft to the art of men’s grooming since 2014. As a true perfectionist, I bring an unwavering attention to detail and precision to every cut, mastering a full spectrum of styles for the modern gentleman. My passion lies in transforming not just hair, but confidence — and I do so with purpose, skill, and intention behind every service.

As one of the leading female men’s hairstylists in New York City and along the East Coast, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the city’s most influential professionals and creatives who expect nothing less than excellence. With years of hands-on experience across all hair types and textures, I tailor each appointment to the individual — ensuring a personalized, high-end experience that reflects both lifestyle and style.

In addition to my work behind the chair, I am a proud educator, offering advanced men’s haircutting classes to premier salons throughout New York. I’ve also been a featured platform artist at renowned industry events and trade schools up and down the East Coast. Hi, I am Nadia.

I was born and raised in Bulgaria on the Black Sea. In 1998, I moved to New York City to chase the American dream. After finishing beauty school I spent 10 years growing as a stylist on the Upper East Side. In 2008 I moved to California where I spent another 14 years doing hair, getting my barber licence and perfecting my craft.

Being in the industry for over 25 years I specialize in both cut and color. My strengths are precision cutting, razor texturizing and creating sun kissed highlights with natural colors that melt within different tones and dimensions. My constant thirst for education and my experience give me the ability to create styles that are fashionable yet manageable. I am grateful to have found a career that I get to be creative while I make people happy at the same time.

I am excited to be a part of Debonair Men's Grooming team and I am looking forward to sharing my love for hair with you, while you are getting pampered in our little oasis in the middle of buzzing Manhattan. I can't wait to meet you!

Hello all! My name is Roanni

I am a seasoned hairstylist and barber based in New York City. I possess over 20 years of experience in the grooming industry. I obtained my cosmetology license in the summer of 1997 and have since cultivated a unique & distinctive approach to men’s grooming.  

My professional journey includes training with renowned French stylists Jacques Dessange and Jean Louis David, where I mastered the French Cutting Technique.  My passion for men’s grooming was further ignited during my seven-year tenure at John Allan’s salon.

In terms of my specialties, I am particularly known for my expertise in scissor-over-comb dry cutting techniques. I enjoy delivering meticulous haircuts, characterized by sharp lines and refined shapes that compliment your face shape and hair type. As a special treat, I also offer a one of a kind, luxurious hot shave. I view each haircut as a narrative, aiming to help my clients express their individuality through style.

With over eight years of experience in men’s hairdressing, I specialize in clean fades, precision scissor cuts, and classic hot towel shaves. I’ve trained under some of the industry’s most respected names—including Charles Gray, Andrea Buluggiu, and Gianni Cardinale—which has shaped my detail-driven, elevated approach to grooming.

For me, it’s about more than just the haircut—it’s about helping you look sharp and feel confident every time you’re in my chair. When I’m not delivering fresh fades and perfectly tailored cuts, you’ll probably find me at the gym, watching a soccer match, or listening to music at an EDM show. I bring that same energy and passion into every appointment — making sure each client leaves not only looking sharp but feeling great. Whether you’re coming in for a quick cleanup or a full transformation, I’ve got you covered.

I’m a North Jersey native with over three years of experience in the barbering industry. I specialize in clipper cuts, scissor cuts, and beard grooming. I take pride in giving every client a thorough consultation so they leave with a style that feels personalized and effortless. Having worked with all hair types and textures, I focus on precision, detail, and creating a comfortable experience in my chair.

Outside of the salon, I love cooking, working out, and finding inspiration in the art and music scene—which keeps my creativity flowing and influences my approach behind the chair. Hi, I’m Ella!

I was born in New Jersey and have lived In many places. Some of which include South Carolina, Texas, Georgia, and now Allentown, Pennsylvania.

My love for hair started at a young age where I would create various kinds of fun styles for myself. A friend of mine, who’s a barber, encouraged me to explore schooling options —and from the moment I walked in, I knew it was exactly where I belonged.

I’m a short hair specialist. Some of my signature services include fades, beard shaping, and styling. I take pride in my strong client communication and consistency behind the chair. My goal is always to create a welcoming vibe where you can relax, enjoy good conversation, and leave feeling confident with a clean cut.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, exploring the outdoors, and of course- finding new restaurants to dine! I look forward to meeting you and giving you a Debonair experience you’ll want to come back for.

I am a native New Yorker from Queens and a licensed barber with over five years of experience.

After working across the city, I'm thrilled to call Debonair my home and work alongside an exceptional team. If you’re looking to be pampered, I provide top-notch services for men. Anyone looking to add a pop of color to their hair, cover some grey, or just in need of a change; I’m your stylist! I specialize in highlights for men, as well as PERM and Keratin smoothing Treatments.
