Born and raised on the South Shore of Long Island, I’ve dedicated my craft to the art of men’s grooming since 2014. As a true perfectionist, I bring an unwavering attention to detail and precision to every cut, mastering a full spectrum of styles for the modern gentleman. My passion lies in transforming not just hair, but confidence — and I do so with purpose, skill, and intention behind every service.

As one of the leading female men’s hairstylists in New York City and along the East Coast, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the city’s most influential professionals and creatives who expect nothing less than excellence. With years of hands-on experience across all hair types and textures, I tailor each appointment to the individual — ensuring a personalized, high-end experience that reflects both lifestyle and style.

In addition to my work behind the chair, I am a proud educator, offering advanced men’s haircutting classes to premier salons throughout New York. I’ve also been a featured platform artist at renowned industry events and trade schools up and down the East Coast. I’m a North Jersey native with over three years of experience in the barbering industry. I specialize in clipper cuts, scissor cuts, and beard grooming. I take pride in giving every client a thorough consultation so they leave with a style that feels personalized and effortless. Having worked with all hair types and textures, I focus on precision, detail, and creating a comfortable experience in my chair.

Outside of the salon, I love cooking, working out, and finding inspiration in the art and music scene—which keeps my creativity flowing and influences my approach behind the chair. Whether you’re looking for a fresh fade, a sharp beard trim, or a tailored cut that complements your lifestyle - my goal is to help you look and feel your absolute best. Born in New Jersey and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Ella brings refined precision and modern craftsmanship to every cut. With 4 years of hands-on experience, she specializes in elevated clipper work, soft tapers, and clean, seamless fades designed to look sharp long after you leave the chair.

Moving to the big city to sharpen her scissor skills and continue growing under Devon, Ella is deeply committed to mastering her craft at the highest level. Outside the studio, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and baking with her family—interests that mirror the balance, patience, and intention she brings into her work.

Known for her calm confidence and family-forward atmosphere, Ella delivers a luxury experience rooted in detail, comfort, and consistency.

STYLIST

Madison is a Philadelphia native with 12 years of experience and a passion for clean, modern men’s grooming. At Debonair, she specializes in scissor-driven cuts with sharp structure, natural flow, and perfectly finished tapered necklines. Known for her attention to detail and calm, thoughtful approach, Madison focuses on creating polished, wearable styles that grow out seamlessly. Outside the salon, she expresses her creativity through painting, pottery, and photography—art forms that influence her eye for balance, texture, and design in every cut.

With over eight years of experience in men’s hairdressing, I specialize in clean fades, precision scissor cuts, and classic hot towel shaves. I’ve trained under some of the industry’s most respected names—including Charles Gray, Andrea Buluggiu, and Gianni Cardinale—which has shaped my detail-driven, elevated approach to grooming.

For me, it’s about more than just the haircut—it’s about helping you look sharp and feel confident every time you’re in my chair. When I’m not delivering fresh fades and perfectly tailored cuts, you’ll probably find me at the gym, watching a soccer match, or listening to music at an EDM show. I bring that same energy and passion into every appointment — making sure each client leaves not only looking sharp but feeling great.
